Here's a step by step formula may be helpful:

1. Acknowledge something painful your prospect has experienced
2. Validate their feelings about that experience
3. Introduce what it is you offer
4. Promise your product/service will get them what they really want
5. Describe what life will be like for them after they experience the results your product/service gives them.

Here's an example of that:
"Hate working out in that smelly gym? It's hard to enjoy yourself when all you smell is nasty B.O.
If you want to get in the best shape of your life and be part of fun, caring group that you can relate to, our fitness center is exactly what yo are looking for!
We welcome you to join our all new Local Ladies Fitness Boot Camp!
Our members love how enthusiastic our coaches are, and how much better shape they are in after just 30 days.
Come by between 8am 10pm, Monday through Friday to start a free 7 day trial!"

I'm sure that doesn't match what you would fill in there, but I hope it is helpful as a formula to emulate and learn from.
Ask these questions to help determine what your prospect would connect with.:
What is it your boot camp attendees love? What would they talk about all day if they could? It could be spending time with friends, experiencing nature, or whatever it is they love.
What do they really hate? It could be their experiences with a lousy gym, how they feel when looking in the mirror, or their boss at work who makes fun of their weight. Something that you can write about they they would instantly relate to.
